Do NOT sign a contract on, or move into a house that isn't already 100% ready to go, unless you're prepared to wait. And wait. And wait.
In their defense, it's tough working with contractors and outside companies. Lots of moving parts. Few know how to navigate those waters well. However, the management seems way too understaffed to be able to adequately handle all the work that's going on.
If you're moving into a finished place, you'll be golden!
My family member signed a contract with them on an unfinished house (her own risk, I know), but by the time she was actually able to move in, her promotional "free" month of rent was already used up. Major bummer.
I won't give them a low score, though, because I have a feeling if the house had already been finished, they'd probably get a 5.
The neighborhood is clean, safe, nice, and quiet. I would recommend it! But I give ONE caution:

The houses are in great condition.
Peaceful, quiet, charming place. With ponds, trees, plenty of wildlife & many new units; I would recommend living there.
But a finished house? If you can find one, go for it!
If you move into an unfinished place, brace for a bumpy start, and then you'll be fine once you're (finally) all in.
In summary:
I'd LIKE to give them a 5, because the staff is very nice, and seems to care for the residents. But so far, the journey has been more frustrating than enjoyable.
