Nice and quiet place
Decent place to live. Close to shopping.
This place sucks,I'm a couple months away from being out of my lease,and I have never been so excited,you agree to maintain the home in you're lease,so when a tree branch falls and punctures you're roof,you are responsible for it,when the hot water heater breaks,yep that's all you as well.wouldnt be such a hassle if the maintenance crew wasn't retarded,when people move out they do a hack job on fixing the place and it's doomed to break.and the office staff/management wow,talk about rude and unprofessional I wouldn't hire them to shovel dog s*** from my backyard.when it rains the park floods all over especially in the entrance/exit good luck getting to work I've seen about 5 cars/trucks and SUVs literally hydrolock and leave families without transportation,and of course when you call the office they will rudely explain how none of it is their problem.if you ever consider living here.....dont.
We relocated our mobile home here about 2 months ago and we absolutely love it!! The office staff is so friendly and helpful! The people in the community make you feel right at home. The faculties are very nice, clean and well kept up! I would recommend this place to anyone!! We had a water problem when we first moved in. It happened late at night, and I called maintenance, and they were here first thing in the morning to take care of the problem. Cops also patrol frequently, making me feel very safe. I feel relaxed and at home in this community!!
