They did an absolutely beautiful arrangement for our mom’s casket and a special arrangement using her wedding Bible. We couldn’t be more pleased with their kindness, professionalism and wonderful work.
Cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable and we arrived just before the store closed. She was very kind and didn't rush us out. She helped me find what I needed. Very nice store, I definitely recommend it!
I had an arrangement fulfilled by Vogt's that I placed through FTD for a funeral. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful, however what was delivered looked awful. It was very sparse, had half dead flowers, and I was embarrassed to have my name signed to the card when I saw it in person. I understand that it can be tough to recreate an exact replica of an arrangement. The florist may be missing a certain type of flower, but at least add some greenery or filler flowers to make it look more lush. Thankfully FTD refunded my money. They have instructed me to remind them to not use Vogt's to fulfill my future orders.
