I placed an order in July for August. The order was never delivered and I never got any notification. When I called to inquire, the store manager told me the delivery person cancelled the order because the store was closed on the day the order was placed. The store manager then tried to tell me that there was nothing she could do and that the delivery guy was the store owner's son. I highly recommend not using this florist.
When you ask before the order is put in, if it can be delivered at a certain time and they assure you that it will, but its still an hour late and the person that its going to isn't there anymore. I will not order from them again. Poor service but they were in a hurry to take my money and try to up sell me something for valentines day.
Carnations were small and wilted and barely visible in the corsage! It was embarrassing having my son put this pathetic thing on his homecoming date. Will definitely go to Vogts from now on!
My brother sent me a beatiful bouquet of flowers from Florida. They came jam packed in a vase that was to small. The greenery was jammed all in the back of the vase. There were no flowers in the back. They were all jammed tight together in the front. My flowers R starting to droop and I just got them yesterday. I haven't had them 24hrs.My brother isn't well, he's a vet and on Social Security. It looks lije an amateur just thru them together. I haven't been well. I'm 71 and he wanted to make my Birthday special. I would'nt order from Rayola again and now I have to tell my brother. How sad!
Went out of there way to get my arrangement done and delivered after I forgot to order it.
