The staff and dr are very short and rude. I dont try a New prescription unless i look it up and look at side effects. Apparently your not supposed to do that??? Uh no thanks mad i wasted my time at this place for so long

Sometimes the wait is long but they're great about getting me in last minute and their office hours are not unreasonable. Overall, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Goleba is great. I never feel rushed and she asks lots of questions and does a nice job of explaining things in our appointments together.
Dr. G is amazing, she’s so sweet and attentive! The office staff are personable and on top of it! I am deathly afraid of doctors offices, I have never felt so comfortable and cared for.
My appointment was at 3:00 which gave me an hour and a half to pick my kids up from daycare. It is now 3:55 and I still have not been called and on top of that they decided to call me up at 3:37 to initial paperwork when I have been sitting here since three. This is absolutely ridiculous. The staff should stop scheduling so many appointments on days they know they are busy. That's why you don't double book the appointments. Switching doctors after this bullshit.
