When the physicians assistant and receptionist sit outside a patients door, and blatantly trash talk them in regards to being poor/not having proper insurance, this is completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourself, especially Amy with her incredibly rude attitude. While the doctor is great, you need to be more aware of how the rest of your staff treats your patients!
