Time and Time again. You would think I would learn. The owner of this location seems not to care on people's thoughts and visit experience. All they care about is the mighty dollar. MY LAST TIME HERE. Never received all the sides. (Not the first time) Out of chicken breast!! Are you kidding me? It's a chicken place!! The food was so salty and it wasn't even hot! Just so pissed for what they charge and the quality of the food. Totally unexceptionable. Here on out Lucky's tendors absolutely are so much better. Yeah, have to wait if you don't call ahead. But, Lucky's is a choice for quality and favor by far. I feel I have been totally rip off by KFC Davison!!!!
Service is very slow. They seem to be very unorganized. The lobby floor was filthy. Person taking our order is handling money and our food and put his fingers inside my drink cup as he was handing it to me. All this with no gloves on. The health dept. needs to visit and instruct proper proceedures.The store is under staffed.We thought the conditions would improve with the store remodel. Very disappointed. Oct. 6th 2017
They don't even deserve 1 star. Why ask customers the question of original, extra cripsy, or choice of sides? They just give you whatever they want and not what you asked for. Thanks that was a waste of $25.00. YOU SUCK KFC. Also sending this to your district manager along with screenshots of the other folks complaints from my area (there is a lot of them). The remodel was a waste of money like putting lipstick on a pig.
great food, always fresh, BUT only because you have to wait for them to make it (if you're getting a family size bucket meal) they seem to never have enough (extra crispy) isn't that what EVERYONE wants (extra crispy) isn't this supposed to be a fast food chain??? I understand this is not McDonalds but they AT LEAST HAVE A PRE ORDER APP so you don't have to wait... KFC YOU NEED A PREORDER SYSTEM!!! MY FAMILY IS HUNGRY AND WAS NOT ANTICIPATING THIS LONG 30 MIN WAIT
