It's Monday at 1pm, you should be on top of your game in the office. Instead I can barely hear or understand the person on the phone, I was accidentally(?) taken off hold so I got to hear all about someone's trip to Higgin's Lake, and that was even before I got an outrageous $400 quote. I highly suggest taking your business to an establishment that actually cares about customer service instead of whatever this place is doing.
