They're always ready to help when I ask for help, unlike many of the reviewers here who expect to be asked, I actually find being asked annoying. Their in store map on the menards app has saved me hours of searching. Comes in handy when the wood glue is in the opposite corner of the store than the wood is. Lol
Clean and well stocked. It is a busy store. The only issue that I have is that I always have to find someone to help me. Once I do find someone they are friendly and usually are able to help me locate what ever I need. I recently had an issue with a shelving unit not having all the parts that were supposed to be in the box. The store was friendly and very helpful. They fixed the situation with no inconvenience on my part.
Store awesome..hope you get more Furniture in good brands. It more food because it's the best store around better than Home Depot better than Lowe's Ace Hardware.. and get more food at good prices thank you.
I love Menard's! ! We shop there every other week. We also purchase food items and sometimes movies as well. The staff is excellent too. Great store and I highly recommend it.
I would rather 3.5 stars Prices are great, and selection is excellent. The building materials desk is a pain though. In there this morning at 830 and not a soul for a couple minutes easy. Also I don't like having to order materials, pay at the front, then drive around back for 3 pieces of siding trim. Also had quite a bit of trouble with delivery and out of stock items on a roofing and siding job in the last month.
