Susana went over and above to get our eligibility changed so that we could upgrade all 3 phones on the contract at the same time. She is very upbeat and helpful. And suggested a change to the contract to same $, who wouldn't like that.

Awesome service! I have been with Verizon for almost 2 decades so I was a little nervous. Ray was absolutely awesome and put me at ease. He did everything for me, it was so easy! Freddie was great as well, showing us cool tricks because he has the phone. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Went to get food from the smoothie place next door sat in the car to eat it before going inside the sprint store to purchase a new phone, after not even 5 minutes a female employee with long black hair came out to tell me she was going to have me towed for sitting there. Of course I left and they lost my business, poor customer service maybe she should have asked if I was planning on visiting the store before threatening to tow my car.

Davison Sprint, Susanna, and the rest of the wonderful crew will continue to see our dreadful faces for as long as they are willing to put up with us. You won't be disappointed!

To the lady that slandered an employee through a recent review over the parking issue. I caught up with you on Facebook and miraculously you took down your lie on their page. Why? Because I was there. I was the family she walked out just as she confronted you. The front of the building clearly states SPRINT PARKING ONLY OTHERS WILL BE TOWED. I assume since you can write your review, you can read a sign. You and you "man" Sat in Tropical Smoothie for 35 minutes. I know this because we pulled in after you and there was nowhere to park but at Apollos, another building down, the other side of Tropical Smoothie. You then sat in your 1970s vehicle eating for another 30 minutes. At which time the Sprint woman asked if you had planned to visit the store and if not, had politely asked you to move down so that customers could park and so you wouldn't be towed without notice. My grouchy old Grandfather had to walk 3 business parking lots with a walker to get to the store and then wouldn't shut up about it for the entire hour before he started to head for your car, so the Sprint lady got to you first before Satan did. Next time I'll let the old man have at your car window.

We did not have to pay activation fees, perks of having a business account. For those inquiring, activation fees are charged to all new lines being added and all upgraded existing lines per Sprint (not the store) unless you have or open a business account.

In saying that, my family has a business account with Sprint and has for almost 2 decades. We use to do our business with the Imlay Sprint. The people it seemed were lifers and we loved the customer service there, but one stood up above the rest. When we found out (upon doing some upgrades a few months ago) that she was promoted to another location, we followed. Susanna helps manage the Davison location and once again gave myself, my parents, and my rude old grandfather service that I can only describe as excellent. This is the Above and Beyond woman. All the phones we wanted were in stock. She offered to transfer all our information from one phone to another, offered bottled water during our wait, allowed us to get lunch next door so we weren't sitting around during our phones set up process, was very thorough with billing expectations, new plan pricing, and promotions. Once again she sat with my Grandfather, Satan, and showed him how to operate his new iPhone.

Sprint has horrible customer service. The whole time I was in there, waiting in line, the store personnel were whining and gossiping about Assurion (their insurance company) and the clients who get screwed over by them. They were oblivious to how unprofessional this is and then when told that I needed to cancel service they told me that I had to call to do that, not come in to the store. This is ok, not good service, but...stupid. It was the way they acted, totally uncaring at all. This is exactly why I left Sprint to begin with.

Upon asking investigative questions, (due to some reviews left) I learned Sprint required them to have almost all devices offered by Sprint in stock at all times, soyes, they have and sell stock. Yes, their crew is quite knowledgeable of their business, products, promotions. No, unfortunately they don't have a repair center, only select stores have them. Last, if you have a ton of stuff on your phone (86Gb right here, guilty), expect at the very least, a 1 hour wait on your phone contents to completely transfer. If your wait is long, it's totally your fault. Not theirs.

By day I'm a private investigator and work in bail bonds, by night, I work forensics. So, in writing ANY review, I'm quiet skeptical an thorough when it comes to places I freely give my trust and business to.
