Way over priced for what I had. I don't mind paying as long as I'm happy leaving. Steak had no flavor. The waitress did not explain anything to us. Plan to spend an easy $30-40 per meal here. Doors were so heavy people thought they were closed. An elder man was unable to open the door. Just an fyi for elders. I hope your experience is better than mine.
Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve had. Best steak hands down and food was just delicious overall. Loved the atmosphere of cooking the steak to your liking and every bite stays hot. I believe Taylor was our waitress, she was great. She immediately welcomed us there for our first time and when our food came, she was very informative of how it worked to cook it to preferred temperature. She was also very attentive to refill drinks. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Will be back for sure
Everything was top notch. The food was exceptionally delicious. The clam chowder I tried was light and did not lack in substance. The steak was very tasty and tender, especially with the casino butter. I had sweet potato fries which were unlike any I have ever tasted. They were thick, with a cinnamon sugar sprinkling, and served with warm caramel sauce. The wait staff was very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend this eatery.

Hands down the best place we have ever eaten! You almost have to order a steak, simply superb. Excellent service no rush even though the place was packed. The only thing we waited for was a table, which was EXTREMELY well worth it. Every staff member was very friendly, and the presentation was wonderful.
The food was very good. The prices were very high. The service was slow, our server was spread quite thin due to how many tables she was waiting. Components of our orders were forgotten or incorrect. I had ordered the 14oz steak and received a 12oz. Someone in our party did not get her drink, and had to be reminded about it. While I did enjoy the novelty of cooking my own meal on the restaurant's signature black rock, it made me question the price tag since you have to cook your own meal, not to mention that the steak does not come with a soup or salad, but can be tacked on for more money in stead of one of your side dishes. Black Rock did give us coupons for our next visit due to the errors made by the restaurant, but our party of 6 still left with a $220 price tag for meals we cooked ourselves. Again, the food is quite good, I simply don't think Black Rock can justify the price.
